Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:* Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work. * Onboards to Client systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. * Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer. * Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions. * Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs. * Submits products for analytical testing. Utilizes Client Systems: * SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS. * Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog. * Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
