Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:Position: Setup tech Location: Charlotte, NC Reports To: Shift Supervisor Minimum requirements: Technical/Business School Certificate or High School Diploma or GED or Skilled Trades Apprenticeship 1+ years of experience with hand/pneumatic tools, flow, temperature pressure measuring equipment, Handling precision measuring instruments Preferred requirement: 3 + Yrs experience in Chiller/HVAC operations, station 2+ Yrs shop experience in mechanical/electrical machinery. Experience working with chiller control systems (Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin, etc.) Work Environment Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), ladder use, and work around mechanical equipment Exposure to refrigerants, compressed gases, and varying temperatures Occasional after-hours or weekend work to support critical maintenance Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
