Resident Specialist
The Resident Specialist will provide a high degree of customer service, and administrative and facility support while ensuring the safety, well-being, and basic skills training for blind and visually impaired rehabilitation center residents.
The Team You’ll Be Joining:
This agency is responsible for overseeing and providing workforce development services to employers and job seekers of Texas.
Major Duties:
- Work with a team to implement skill training and activities
- Perform floor rounds to quality check resident environments to ensure safety and security
- Document living conditions, activities, and resident training progress
- Provide general office support and perform related tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Basic PC skills and entry level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Personable, trainable, and customer service-minded professionals
- Reception desk experience (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a residential or dorm living facility (preferred)
Exciting Opportunity Details
- Rate: $25.50/hr.
- Length of Engagement: Until August 31st, 2026
- Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (3pm - 11pm; 40 hours/week)
