Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Overview:We are seeking a Test Engineer to lead advanced debug and validation efforts for Intel-based server motherboards. This highly technical role calls for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in hardware-level diagnostics, as well as the vision to drive process improvement and test strategy innovation across teams.Key Responsibilities:- Lead root-cause analysis and complex debug activities on Intel server motherboard platforms.- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation scripts.- Collaborate with design, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve first-pass yields.- Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency and reliability through automation, tool development, or workflow optimization.- Mentor junior engineers and set quality standards in test methodology and execution.Required Qualifications:- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.- 10+ years of experience in hardware validation, system-level debug, or similar roles.- Strong expertise in Intel architecture, server platform features, and debug tools (e.g., ITP, JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes).- Proven experience in developing and implementing robust validation plans.- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) for automation.- Experience with manufacturing test flows or high-volume production environments.- Knowledge of quality systems, reliability analysis, or Six Sigma processes.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
