Since 1951, Ironworkers JATC Local 14 has been training and developing skilled ironworkers across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Our apprentices have helped construct dams, bridges, universities, power plants, and the infrastructure that defines our region—leaving a lasting impact across 19 Washington counties and 12 Idaho counties.
We're proud to serve one of the largest jurisdictions in the Pacific Northwest, and our commitment to quality training has made us a cornerstone of the construction industry for over 70 years.
Through our "Earn While You Learn" program, apprentices start at 65% of journeyman scale with pay upgrades every 750 hours worked and six months throughout the four-year program. Requirements
We're looking for motivated individuals who are at least 18 years old, able to perform physically demanding work at height, and ready to invest in a real career. You'll need a valid ID, proof of legal working status, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
